You can drop off your computer, all I usually need is the "box". I usually do not need the monitor, keyboard, mouse, or any cords. For laptop repairs, please also bring the power cord. I will diagnose it, then call you with the estimate. Most repairs are complete in 2-4 business days or less.

On-site service is only available within 20 km of our store locations. 1 hour minimum charge, then billed per 15 minutes rounded up.
Service area cover Both Northern Beaches & South Cairns. We also cover the Cape York Area and the Pacific Region under contract with CYDN.
Requires someone 18 years or older to be present.
By appointment only. 1 hour minimum charge.
A $35 call out fee/travel charge will be added beyond 20km of my location.
